Host a Sonic Fundraiser Night!

Join Us At Your Local Sonic Drive-In On Any TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, Or THURSDAY From 5pm-8pm And Sonic Will Give Back 40% Of The Sales From Your Guests During That Time To Your School.

What sets SONIC Fundraiser Nights apart from other spirit nights?

While many businesses also support local schools and organizations, few match or exceed SONIC’s 40% giveback! Most businesses donate an average of 10% – 20% from proceeds of fundraising events. The numbers add up to make SONIC your school or organization’s top pick!

Just like our menu, SONIC offers a customizable approach to your event! We offer services and add-ons to help take your event to the next level, potentially increasing the fun to be had and funds raised! As part of our commitment to our community partners, a Community Marketing Specialist will coach you through planning and executing your event from beginning to end. From scheduling to coordinating your marketing materials, and even check-ins throughout the process, we’re with you every step of the way!

Did you know…? SONIC provides ALL Marketing Materials at NO COST to your school!

We provide:

  • Custom Flyer Template to Promote your Event: Color & Black/White versions of printable flyer will be created for hosting organization to print and distribute.  *Available in English and/or Spanish.
  • Social Media Square to Promote your Event: A graphic will be created for hosting organization to post on all digital channels including social media. *Available in English and/or Spanish.
  • One A-Frame Sign for Drive-Line: For advertising at school on the day of the event at arrival/dismissal at drive line, bus line, or parking lot.
  • 2.5 x 6 Vinyl Banner with Grommets: For advertising at school on the day of the event.
  • “Sonic Fundraiser Tonight” Stickers:  For reminders on the day of the event.

To Make Your Event Extra Successful, We Have the Following Add-On Options:

School- Themed Drink — Features an EXCLUSIVE Drink, your school mascot/logo AND your school colors!

      • Your NTX Marketing Rep will create a digital media flyer for you to advertise with.
      • These flyers can also be posted on the stalls during your event.
      • 40% of sales from guests ordering these drinks will go back to the school.

Teacher Car-Hops:

      • While our teachers are no longer allowed to carhop due to food safety regulations, they ARE welcome to carry the courtesy tray to stalls and around the patio. The courtesy trays usually carry our famous mints, condiments, and utensils.

Host a Hot Dog Eating Contest, Tot Eating Contesting and/or Slush Drinking Contest:

      • This is TONS of fun for students and staff!  You can do up to TWO contests per event.
      • Select 2 staff and/or students to participate in 1 or both contests. Complimentary hot dogs, tots, slushes and PRIZES will be provided by SONIC for your contestants and for the winners!

Sell Sonic Community First Cards during your event:

      • Sonic will provide up to 50 cards to your group.  These are a value card with deep discount coupons with a savings of over $25.
      • Students/Staff can simply walk up to guests (BEFORE they order) and offer to sell the card for $5.  Then, the guest is able to use the card on their purchase.  Your school keeps 100% of what they sell.

PLEASE FILL OUT 1 FORM PER EVENT. IF YOU WANT TO SCHEDULE 1 EVENT IN THE FALL AND 1 IN THE SPRING, PLEASE FILL OUT 2 SEPARATE FORMS.
